A61  Tire plug patch


The tire plug patch was one of idea set which was combined tire patch together to a stem for puncture repair. The size of patch have 26mm, 36mm, 50mm, 60mm and100mm round style with stem diameter 4mm, 6mm, 9mm and 14mm available wide range.

Most of tire puncture was impaled by the nail or metal parts when run on the road. This action will be leaked the air from tire and reduce the tire pressure in normal running conditions. 

How to use the tire plug patch correctly ? 
1. First take off the nail by plier tool from outside of tire tread. 
2. Then disassemble the tire and wheel rim by tire chnager.
3. Clean the hole by handle rasp tool indeed.
4. Use rubber cement on the puncture area lightly.
5. take off the cover sheet of plug patch and put the needle through puncture hole.
6. Fix the patch on the tire by roller stitcher.
7. Pull the stem out of tire and cut it by knife. 

After finish repair precedure, then may use some soapsuds to sprinkle on the tire to test it.

It is good result no any bubble happen on the tire. Then the tire of car run on the road which will rise the temperature to vulcanize the patch on tire exactly.
