The retreaded radial patch have a curing rubber included some sheets of strong
tension fiber. The patent construction of fiber sheet will manifest the patch
one side a little soft and another side a little hard. So we have to fix the
hard side on the tyre inside body.
First step: polish the
tyre body surface by air grinder. Then use the rubber cement to brush the
polish area.
Second step: Use the
cushion gum to put on the repair area. Then tear open the wrapping of the
patch.
Put the radial patch on the damage area. Use the roller stitcher
to press the patch close to the tyre body.
Third
step: Follow up the retreaded curing procedure continually.
